Scope and contact
This notice describes the static website at ranrostpickpavilin.click and its local contact-drafting tool. For privacy questions, write to [email protected]. The site does not provide user accounts, accept job applications or operate a candidate database.
Information handled in your browser
The contact composer uses the fields you enter to create a plain-text draft on your device. Its script does not transmit form contents to a server or save them in local storage. Copying uses your browser’s Clipboard API when available; downloading creates a local text file. Clipboard contents, downloaded files and browser autofill are controlled by your device and browser.
Leaving or reloading the page may remove your draft, though browsers may restore fields according to their own settings. Avoid entering confidential information on a shared device.
If you choose to email
Sending an email shares your address, message, any information you include and associated email metadata with the recipient and the email providers involved. That information may be used to read and respond to your enquiry, evaluate a correction, maintain necessary correspondence and address misuse or legal obligations. It is not a job application.
Share only what is necessary. Do not send passwords, financial account information, government identifiers, health information or third-party personal data. We do not sell correspondence or use it to create candidate profiles.
Technical access data and external services
Delivering a website necessarily involves technical requests. Hosting or infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, browser information and security logs under their own operational arrangements. The supplied site code does not add analytics, advertising pixels, embedded social widgets or external image requests.
Links to platforms and public resources take you to independent websites when selected. Those services determine their own privacy and cookie practices. This notice does not govern them. The cookie notice explains the storage behavior of the supplied site files.
Retention and security
The local composer creates no server-side draft archive. Email correspondence should be retained only for as long as needed for the enquiry, reasonable administration or applicable legal requirements. This notice does not specify a universal retention period for independent hosting and email providers.
No website or email channel can guarantee absolute security. Use a minimal description and public sources when requesting a correction rather than sending original confidential documents.
Your choices and rights
You can browse without completing the composer, choose not to send an email and manage site data through your browser. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection relating to personal information, and to complain to a relevant data protection authority.
Send a rights request to the contact email with enough context to locate the correspondence. Identity may need to be reasonably verified, but do not send identification documents unless a necessary and appropriate process has been agreed. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
Changes
This notice may be revised when the website’s functions or information practices change. Review it before sharing information. Any additional deployed services need to be assessed alongside this notice.
