1. What this website provides
These conditions apply to the guides, examples and local tools available at ranrostpickpavilin.click. Please read them before using the resources. If you do not agree with these conditions, do not use the site or its tools.
The site offers general information about remote-job research, freelance portfolios, applications and sustainable working habits. It is not an employer, recruitment agency, employment marketplace, accredited training provider or placement service. We do not accept job applications, introduce candidates to employers or operate candidate accounts.
Reading a guide or contacting us does not establish an employment, client or professional advisory relationship. Our material is not individualized legal, tax, financial, immigration or healthcare advice. Seek appropriately qualified guidance when a decision depends on your circumstances or local requirements.
2. Check the opportunity before acting
Our checklists are research aids, not certifications of safety or suitability. You remain responsible for deciding whether an opportunity, platform or working arrangement is appropriate for you. Before sharing information, paying a fee or accepting work, check:
- The employer’s or client’s identity and the authenticity of the vacancy.
- The role’s responsibilities, permitted work locations and employment or contractor status.
- Current platform fees, renewal terms, cancellation rules and payment-protection requirements.
- Written project scope, ownership, payment arrangements and other contractual obligations.
No guide, example or external link guarantees an interview, employment, client work, earnings or access to a platform. Information may become outdated, and no checklist can identify every risk. We are not affiliated with the platforms discussed; naming or linking to a service does not imply endorsement or a commercial relationship.
3. Use the content fairly and honestly
You may read, save and print the guides for your own career research and preparation. You may also adapt the checklists and outlines for your personal applications or portfolio. Examples are illustrative: do not present a sample achievement, qualification, client relationship or result as your own unless it accurately reflects your experience.
You are welcome to link to a public page. Reproducing, republishing, selling or commercially redistributing substantial original site content requires permission unless the use is permitted by applicable law. Requests can be sent to [email protected]. Nothing in these terms limits lawful quotation or other statutory exceptions.
Third-party names, trademarks and linked materials belong to their respective owners. Public availability does not grant permission to reuse someone else’s work. When preparing samples, respect intellectual property, confidentiality agreements and the privacy of colleagues, clients and other individuals.
4. Understand the browser-based tools
The contact composer prepares a plain-text draft in your browser. It does not send an email, submit an enquiry, apply for a job or create an account. You choose whether to copy the draft, download a text file or send the message separately through your own email service.
Review the draft before sharing it. Do not include passwords, banking details, identity documents, full CVs or confidential employer or client material. Sending an email involves the recipient and the email providers involved; it is separate from preparing a draft on this site.
The composer does not provide a server-side draft archive. Browser restoration, clipboard access and downloads depend on your device, settings and permissions. Keep your own copy of anything you wish to retain. We cannot promise that the tools will work in every browser or environment.
5. Keep use lawful and respectful
Do not use the site or its contact channels to impersonate another person, distribute unlawful material, disclose confidential information without permission or send abusive or deceptive messages. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code or interfere with the site’s security or availability.
Editorial questions and corrections are welcome. Include a page URL and a public source where useful, rather than attaching private records. We do not investigate individual job offers, provide emergency support or promise a response to every message.
6. External resources and availability
Links to job boards, marketplaces and reference materials are provided for further research. We do not control those websites, their listings, security, availability, contracts or information practices. Inspect the destination and review its current terms and privacy notice before proceeding. A link is not a guarantee that a service or individual offer is legitimate.
We aim to make the notebook useful and clear, but do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation or complete coverage of every profession, platform or jurisdiction. Pages, links and tools may be corrected, changed or withdrawn. Save the information you need rather than relying on continued availability.
7. Important limitations and your legal rights
Career and freelance decisions involve circumstances beyond the scope of a general guide. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee of completeness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not accept liability, where it can lawfully be excluded, for losses arising from reliance on general guidance, use of third-party services or decisions about employment or freelance work.
Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or takes away mandatory consumer rights or other statutory protections. These terms do not override applicable law.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
8. Questions, privacy and updates
For a question about these conditions or permission to reuse content, email [email protected]. Explain the relevant page and your intended use, and include only the information needed for your enquiry.
The privacy notice explains local drafting, email correspondence and technical access data. The cookie notice describes browser storage and available controls.
These conditions may be revised as the site changes. The current version will be published on this page; review it when returning to use the resources. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law.
